販売価格	各商品ページに表示する価格（税込）によります。 ・Omoide-Tap（檜カード）：¥3,980（税込） ・Omoide-Sticker（NFCステッカー）：¥1,000（税込） 価格を改定する場合は、改定後に各商品ページへ表示する価格によります。
商品代金以外の必要料金	送料 全国一律¥185（日本郵便クリックポストでの発送・追跡番号あり）。荷姿の都合によりレターパック等へ変更する場合がありますが、追加料金は発生しません。
支払方法	クレジットカード決済（Stripeを利用）。決済手段は今後追加される場合があります。
支払時期	ご注文確定時にお支払いが確定します。
引渡時期	ご注文確認後、通常3営業日以内に発送いたします（在庫状況・繁忙期により前後する場合があります。発送時期は個別にご案内します）。
返品・交換について	［不良品・当社に起因する場合］ NFCタグを読み取れない場合、印刷の欠損・かすれその他の明らかな不良がある場合、および輸送中の破損の場合は、購入日（オンラインでご購入いただいた場合は商品到着日）から30日以内に、お買い求めの販売店の店頭または下記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。新品との交換または返金にて対応いたします。この場合の返送に要する費用は当社が負担いたします。返送の方法は、ご連絡をいただいた際に個別にご案内いたします。 ［お客様の端末がNFCに対応していなかった場合］ ご購入者様の端末がNFCに対応していなかった場合も、当該個体が一度も所有者として登録されていないことを当社が確認できるときに限り、購入日（オンラインでご購入いただいた場合は商品到着日）から30日以内のお申し出により返金いたします。Omoide-Stickerには個体を識別する印字がないため、この確認は現物をNFC対応の端末で読み取ることによって行います。現物をお持ちのうえ販売店の店頭へお越しいただくか、下記メールアドレスへご連絡のうえ現物をお送りください。販売店の店頭へお持ちいただく場合、費用はかかりません。郵送でお送りいただく場合の送料はお客様のご負担となり、返金額は商品代金となります。 ［上記以外］ 上記以外の、お客様のご都合による返品・交換（イメージ違い、不要になった等）はお受けしておりません。 本欄の定めは、引き渡された商品が種類・品質・数量に関して契約の内容に適合しない場合に法令上お客様に認められる権利を制限するものではありません。
販売数量の制限	特に定めはありません（数量限定販売を行う場合は、各キャンペーンページに別途明記します）。
動作環境	いずれの商品も、NFC対応のスマートフォン（iPhone 7以降／Android 5.0以降）とインターネット接続が必要です。推奨ブラウザはSafariまたはChromeです。 Omoide-Tap（檜カード）：写真をお客様ご自身のGoogle Driveへ保存するため、Googleアカウントが必要です。 Omoide-Sticker（NFCステッカー）：アカウント登録は不要です。Googleアカウントも要りません。

This notice is provided pursuant to Article 11 of Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, which requires certain disclosures for mail-order and online sales in Japan.

Additional Costs	A flat domestic shipping fee of ¥185 (Japan Post Click Post, with tracking). Packaging needs may occasionally require a different mail service, at no extra cost to you.
Payment Methods	Credit card (via Stripe). Additional methods may be added in the future.
Payment Timing	Payment is charged when your order is confirmed.
Delivery Timing	Typically shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation (may vary depending on stock and seasonal demand; you will be notified individually if there is a delay).
Returns & Exchanges	[Defective items, or issues attributable to us] If the NFC tag cannot be read, if there is a clear defect such as missing or damaged printing, or if the item was damaged in transit, please contact the shop where you bought it, or us at the email address above, within 30 days of purchase (or, for online orders, within 30 days of delivery). We will arrange a replacement or a refund. We bear the cost of returning the item to us, and we will tell you how to send it when you contact us. [If your own device does not support NFC] We will also refund you on a request made within 30 days of purchase (or, for online orders, within 30 days of delivery), provided we can confirm that the item has never been registered to an owner. Because nothing identifying an Omoide-Sticker is printed on it, that check is made by reading the physical sticker with an NFC-capable device. Please bring the sticker to the shop where you bought it, or contact us at the email address above and send it to us. Bringing it to the shop costs you nothing. If you send it by post, you bear the postage, and the refund is the price of the item. [Other cases] Apart from the above, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind — for example, the item not being what you imagined, or no longer wanting it. Nothing in this section limits the remedies available to you by law where the goods delivered do not conform to the contract as to kind, quality or quantity.
Quantity Limits	None, unless otherwise stated on a specific limited-quantity campaign page.
System Requirements	Both products require an NFC-capable smartphone (iPhone 7 or later / Android 5.0 or later) and an internet connection. Safari or Chrome is recommended. Omoide-Tap (hinoki card): photos are saved to your own Google Drive, so a Google account is required. Omoide-Sticker (NFC sticker): no account sign-up, and no Google account.
